简要总结

Impostor Phenomenon and maladaptive perfectionism are highly prevalent among university students and are associated with anxiety burnout reduced self esteem and impaired occupational engagement. Existing interventions largely focus on cognitive or emotional components with limited emphasis on occupation centered functioning.

This randomized controlled trial aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the OSCR Program a DBT informed and MOHO guided occupational therapy intervention in reducing impostor phenomenon and maladaptive perfectionism among university students aged 18 to 25 years.

A total of 60 eligible participants will be randomly allocated to experimental and control groups. The experimental group will receive a 10 week 20 session group based OSCR intervention while the control group will receive no intervention during the study period and will be offered psychoeducation post study. Outcomes related to impostor phenomenon perfectionism occupational engagement self compassion cognitive flexibility and resilience will be assessed at baseline and post-intervention to determine the program’s effectiveness.
