- •PATIENTS WITH
- •1)Period of gestation < 20weeks & wanting MTP as per law
- •2)Autologous platelet count > 105/ uL
- •3)Consent given by the patient
- •4)Patient undergoing surgical abortion
排除标准
- •1)Age < 18years, >45years
- •2)Bleeding diathesis
- •3)Platelet count < 105 /uL
- •4)Concomitant active genitourinary infection
- •5) Patient taking anticoagulants
- •6) Clinical evidence of any malignancy
- •7) Patient’s refusal
- •8) Hemoglobin <10 g/dL
- •9) Use of NSAIDS within 10days prior to instillation.
- •10) Patients developing post abortion infection
