简要总结
An initial multimodal exercise regime for women with surgical menopause will be developed through an extensive literature review. To establish content validity, a Delphi consensus process will be conducted with experts in women’s health physiotherapy. Experts having at least five years of academic or clinical experience will be invited to participate.
The developed exercise protocol will be shared with the expert panel along with a structured validation form. Experts will be asked to evaluate each component of the protocol for relevance, clarity, simplicity, and comprehensiveness using a 4-point Likert scale. Feedback and suggestions from the experts will also be collected.
Content validity will be calculated using the Item Content Validity Index (I-CVI) and Scale Content Validity Index (S-CVI). Items not meeting acceptable validity criteria will be revised based on expert recommendations, and subsequent Delphi rounds will be conducted until consensus is achieved.
After finalizing the validated multimodal exercise regime, a pilot feasibility assessment will be conducted among a small group of women with surgical menopause to evaluate feasibility, adherence, and acceptability. All collected data will be compiled and verified for completeness before statistical analysis.
