- •Patients having moderately difficult or difficult impacted mandibular 3rd molar, as per Pederson’s index.
- •Patients ready to participate in the study with informed written consent.
排除标准
- •Medically compromised patients with any major underlying systemic condition.
- •Patients on diuretics.
- •Pregnant/lactating females.
- •In group A(Asymptomatic) patients having any pulpitis/periodontitis/acute infection with any tooth.
- •Patients taking any long-term medications/supplements which might affect the study parameters.
- •Patients giving history of / or showing allergy to any of the drugs prescribed in the study.
- •Patients with history of alcoholism.
