入选标准
- •Diagnosed patient of Dengue fever,diagnosed on the basis of Dengue Ns1 antigen test positive/IgG posotive/IgM positive or both IgG and IgM positive.
- •All types of Dengue fever patients having platelet count less than 1,00,000/cmm are included.
排除标准
- •Patient suffering from haemorhhagic disorders like thalassemia aplastic anaemia hasmophilia disseminated intravascular coagulopathy clotting factor deficiency and muscular disorders like muscular dystrophy mysthenia gravis ,myopathies are excluded.
- •patient suffering from HIV HBV infection ,hepatic failure, Renal failure,any major surgery, malignancy, and such major illness are excluded.
