Rolling Towards Relief: A pilot randomised controlled trial evaluating the feasibility, safety and efficacy of self-guided sensory massage ball use for chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy in adults receiving or recently completing chemotherapy, measured by CIPN symptom severity, quality of life, balance, strength and dexterity.

入选标准
- •Adults aged 18 years or older
- •Currently receiving chemotherapy, or completed chemotherapy within the previous month
- •Receiving care through Tweed Valley Hospital
- •Current symptoms consistent with CIPN
- •Clinically diagnosed (Grade 1 CTCAE) or self-identified CIPN
- •Medically cleared for participation
- •Adequate English language proficiency
- •Able to provide informed consent
排除标准
- •Unable to provide informed consent
- •No current CIPN symptoms
- •Chemotherapy completed more than one month prior to baseline testing
- •Previous chemotherapy treatment for prior cancer diagnosis
- •Other neuropathies (e.g., diabetic neuropathy)
- •Conditions affecting peripheral nerve function (e.g., lymphoedema, peripheral artery disease)
- •Unwilling to undergo randomisation
