•1) Patient of both the sexes of age group 18 years to 60 years.
•2) Subjects or a legally authorized representative must provide written informed consent.
•3) Patient with clinical features of Traumatic Wounds e.g. Incised Wound / Contused Lacerated
•4) Minor surgical wounds e.g. excision of sebaceous cyst, lipoma, ganglion etc. over any part of the body excluding joints.

•1) Vrana (wound) that last more than 6 hours.
•2) Subjects with a history of HIV or any other systemic infections.
•3) Vrana (wound) very near to vital organs, e.g. eye etc. and near to joints.
•4) Subjects who require other emergency operations (major surgical procedure).
•5) Subjects with Known cases of Diabetes.
•6) The Vrana (wound) contraindicated for suturing as per Sushruta â?? Sutrasthan â?? 25/7.
