入选标准
- •1.All patients above the age of 18 years requiring flexible bronchoscopy
- •2.Flexible bronchoscopy done through the transnasal route
排除标准
- •1.Chronic lung disease(Obstructive or restrictive lung disease) patients with FEV1 < 1.5 litre/minute 5
- •2.Oxygen saturation (SpO2) of = 95% as measured by a pulse oximeter at baseline
- •3.Any requirement for supplemental oxygen in the past
- •4.Patients with known or suspected allergy to Midazolam or Lignocaine
- •5.Flexible bronchoscopy done through endotracheal or tracheostomy tube or trans-oral route
- •6.Patients on respiratory depressant medications
- •7.Haemodynamically unstable patients
- •8.Pregnancy and lactation
- •9.Patients not willing for the study
