- •Indication for elective laparoscopic or conventional liver resection (minor and major resections)
- •- ASA I-III
排除标准
- •- Preoperative transfusion of thrombocyte concentrates within the last 4 weeks
- •- Basic haematological disease of bone marrow or of thrombocytes (leukemia, lymphoma, MDS, polycytaemia vera, thrombocythemia, thalassemia, etc.)
- •- Known congenital coagulation disorder (protein C/S-deficiency, APC resistance, factor V-Leiden, vWJ syndrome, etc.)
- •- Hypersplenism
- •- Haemodialysis
- •- Cirrhosis of the liver CHILD B or C
- •- Heart failure >NYHA II
- •- Pregnancy
- •- Breastfeeding
