入排标准
入选标准
- •1) Individuals with a primary complaint of neck pain between the age of 20-45â??years
- •2) Pain duration more than 3-6 months
- •3) VAS scoring between 4-8 is considered
- •4) Both males and females
- •5) >= 25 rating in the Neck Disability Index
- •6) Presence of kinesiophobia only in patients who are susceptible
排除标准
- •1) History of recent significant trauma
- •2) Acute onset of cervicogenic headache
- •3) Previous cervical or thoracic spine surgery
- •4) Pregnancy
- •5) Neck pain associated with cervical radiculopathy, whiplash injuries (within 6 weeks of treatment), cervical spine fracture, or vertebrobasilar insufficiency.
- •6) Acute inflammation/ infection
- •7) Myelopathy, fibromyalgia syndrome, or having cervical stenosis
- •8) Patients with psychiatric illnesses/ Patients with neurological or cognitive impairment.
