入排标准

入选标准

  • Age group : 20 - 50 yrs
  • Gender : Both male and female
  • Healthy Trained yoga practitioners as per the selection criteria
  • Healthy Naïve to yoga subjects
  • Selection criteria for Trained yoga practitioners
  • 1.Trained in yoga schools or under yoga instructor for more than or equal to 3 months.
  • 2.Regular practice of asanas and pranayam- either daily or minimum 3 days in a week more than or equal to 20 min.
  • 3.Able to perform either all or any three of the following asanas from Column I
  • 4.Able to perform the following pranayama from Column II
  • Column I â?? ASANAS
  • 1.Paschimottanasana
  • 2.Sarvangasana
  • 3.ushtrasana
  • 4.Chakrasana
  • 5.Sirshasana
  • 6.Padahastasana
  • Column II - PRANAYAMA
  • 1.Anulom-vilom
  • 2.Bastrika

排除标准

  • Cardiovascular and respiratory illness which requires long term medications
  • Acute or chronic systemic illness
  • Trained Athletes
  • Smokers and Alcoholics
