- •Healthy volunteers of either sex in the age range of 18 -45 years
排除标准
- •Obesity (BMI > 35); Presence of medical disease (heart-, lung-, liver-, kidney-, neurologic disease; diabetes m.; pyrosis; diaphragmatic hernia); Presence of psychiatric disease; History of chronic alcohol or illicit drug use; Allergy to study medications. For females we require the use of oral contraceptives.
