- •1.ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) grade I-II patients
- •2.Patients scheduled to undergo restoration of bowel continuity
排除标准
- •1.Cardiac conduction abnormalities and congestive heart failure
- •2.Renal or hepatic impairment
- •3.Neurological disorders
- •4.Pregnant and lactating women
- •5.Patients not able to understand VAS
- •6.History of substance abuse
- •7.Contraindications to study drugs: lignocaine, paracetamol ,tramadol and diclofenac
- •8.Chronic pain conditions, neurodegenerative or autoimmune disorders.
