•Inclusion criteria-
•1.Patients within age group of 40 to 60 years. Irrespective of
•Gender, Religion having signs and symptoms Janu sandhigata Vata.
•Diagnostic criteria:
•1.X-ray of Knee joint.
•2.ACR criteria of OA using history and physical examination Pain in the knee joint along with any three of the following-
•A)Age group of 40 to 60 years
•B)Morning stiffness less than 30 minutes
•C)Crepitus on active motion
•D)Bony tenderness
•E)No palpable warmth on the synovium.

•Exclusion criteria-
•1.Known case of congenital anomalies.
•2.Acute knee joint infective diseases, Hemarthrosis, Pyarthosis, knee effusion.
•3.Pregnant women, lactating mother and mentally challenged people. 4.Systemic diseases like Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, Carcinoma, Tuberculosis, Obesity.
•5.Fractured or dislocation of knee joint.
•6.Severe degenerative changes like space reduction in medial and lateral compartment.
•3.Withdrawal criteria-
•1.Any serious adverse effect
•2.If Patient is not willing to continue treatment. 3.Any injury or infection occurs during study. 4.If patient will be absent for follow ups.
