- •International Olympic Committee (IOC) defined athletics
- •-Age of 18 years and above
- •-Both male and female
- •-Full time athletes
- •-Athletes who agree to participate in the 16-week sports nutrition intervention
- •-Those who have the facility and support to follow a prescribed diet
排除标准
- •-Chronic illnesses and current injuries
- •-Paralympic athletes
- •-Those who are on an already prescribed diet
- •-Those who are largely dependent on outside food
- •-Those who have changed their sport events in the last year
- •-Those who are addicted to alcohol and smoking
- •-Pregnant and lactating athletes
