- •Patients will be diagnosed according to the ROME IV criteria for the diagnosis. A informed consent will be obtained from all the participants after an appraisal about the study protocol.

- •Irritable bowel syndrome (diarrhoea predominant)
- •Fissures and fistula
- •Haemorrhoids
- •Inflammatory bowel disease
- •Congenital megacolon
