入选标准
- •The trial includes patients receiving antimycotic therapy (orally or i.v.) during the intensive care unit (ICU) stay, or during the 24 h preceding the transfer to the ICU without having been diagnosed with an invasive fungal infection.
排除标准
- •1. Proven invasive fungal infection
- •2. Age < 18 years
- •3. Pregnancy or breast-feeding person
- •4. Neutropenia/leukopenia
- •5. Prophylactic intake of antimycotics
- •6. BDG and mannan testing during the past 7 days
- •7. Moribund Patient
- •8. Participation in another intervention trial.
