- •All antenatal women = 18 years of age with singleton or multi-fetal gestation reporting to the outpatient department of Obstetrics and Gynecology from 11 weeks onwards for regular antenatal checkups.
排除标准
- •Antenatal women with gestation more than 13 weeks Known case of chronic hypertension Antiphospholipid antibody syndrome
- •Intrauterine fetal death
- •Congenitally malformed fetus
- •Ectopic pregnancy
- •Threatened/missed abortion
- •Insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus
- •Gestational diabetes
- •Cardiovascular disorders
- •Renal or hepatic dysfunction
- •Idiopathic thrombocytopenia
- •Thrombophilia
- •Antiplatelet drugs
