To study the efficacy of homoeopathic constitutional medicines in cases of stress induced insomnia in the age group of 20-40 years.
The study will be done on 30 patients at BVDUHMC, Pune.
The patients will be followed up after every 15 days and will be asked questions from SATED Questionnaire to assess sleep health.
Outcome assessment will be done based on the data collected from the score of the Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) and the score of SATED Questionnaire before and after giving Homoeopathic constitutional medicine.

入选标准
- •(1) Subjects Should fulfil the diagnostic criteria by DSM-V.
- •(2) Subjects within the range of age group of 20-40 years of both sexes.
- •(3) Subjects fulfilling assessment of stress.
排除标准
- •1.Subjects having Drug induced insomnia and insomnia due to other Neurological causes.
- •2.Subjects taking conventional treatment for insomnia.
- •3.Pregnant women and lactating mothers will be excluded.

To study the efficacy of homoeopathic constitutional medicines in cases of stress induced insomnia in the age group of 20-40 years.
时间窗: Score of the Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) will be calculated at the time of enrollment and at the end of 5 follow ups. The score of SATED Questionnaire will be calculated at the time of enrollment of patient and at every 15 days of follow ups for 3 months
