入选标准
- •Healthy subjects aged 18-35. People with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of more than 30kg/m2 are assigned to the group of obese subjects; people with a BMI of less than 25kg/m2 are assigned to the group of normal-weight subjects.
排除标准
- •Excessive use pf nicotine and alcohol, known chronical infectious diseases like hepatitis B/C and HIV, known cardiovascular diseases like coronary artery disease, known pneumological diseases like COPD or bronchial asthma, malignant tumors, known autoimmune disorders, other relevant and manifest diseases of internal organs, psychiatric disorders, antidepressant/neuroleptic treatment, antiinflammatory or immunsuppressive treatment and pregnancy.
