- •All the biochemically diagnosed patients of PHPT who are planned for parathyroidectomy
- •-Who all are consenting to participate in the study
排除标准
- •-Patient not consenting for inclusion in the above study
- •-Patients with recurrent or persistent PHPT
- •-Patients with secondary or tertiary hyperparathyroidism
- •-Prior documented respiratory diseases, e.g. â?? COPD, Bronchial asthma
- •-Known neurological disease
- •-Pre-existing spinal deformity like kyphosis or scoliosis, rib fracture
- •-Not able to perform PFT
- •-PHPT with the syndromic association
