o significant difference in pain or swelling was found between the two injection techniques. However, there was significant difference in trismus on postoperative day 3, with submucosal injection showing a better outcome.

入选标准

•1.Patient is healthy, no systemic disease and allergy, no history of pregnancy and feeding
•2.Patient presents mandibular third molar with mesioangular or horizontal bony impaction
•3. Bilateral mandibular third molars are asymptomatic and present no pathology
•4. Patient can be followed up
•5. Patient consent to be participated

排除标准

•1. Patient with history of anti inflammatory drug within 2 weeks
