入排标准
入选标准
- •Individuals above the age of 18.
- •According to the NCEP-ATP III guidelines using Asian adaptation the inclusion criteria were defined as meeting three or more of the following five factors.
- •1. Central obesity- waist circumference > 90cm in males, >80cm in females.
- •2. Low HDL cholesterol- < 40mg/dl or under treatment.
- •3. High serum triglycerides- >150mg/dl or under treatment.
- •4. Increased blood pressure- >135/80 or under treatment.
- •5. Fasting plasma glucose >100mg/dl or under treatment.
排除标准
- •Patients who are unwilling to participate
- •Hyperparathyroidism, hypoparathyroidism, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, Cushing disease. Bone related malignancies, liver diseases, renal failure, pancrea!c gland dysfunction.
- •Use of oral contraceptives, hormone replacement therapy, steroid therapy, vitamin k., vitamin D, calcium, anti epileptic drugs, calcitonin, bisphosphonates, patients on insulin therapy
