入选标准
- •1.ASA grade I & II status.
- •2.Patients giving informed written consent.
- •3.Patients scheduled to undergo elective laparascopic surgery like appendicectomy, cholecystectomy and hernia repair under general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation.
排除标准
- •1. ASA III or greater.
- •2Pregnant and lactating women.
- •3.Patients with suspected difficult intubation, allergy to opioids, cardiovascular disease, hepatic or renal disease.
- •4. Patient with allergy to the study drugs
