入选标准
- •Patients admitted to multidisciplinary ICU and requiring platelet transfusion.
- •Age more than 18 years.
- •Expected duration of ICU stay more than 24 hours.
- •No platelet transfusion within 24 hours prior to ICU admission.
排除标准
- •Patients with active bleeding or known bleeding disorder.
- •Patients receiving out of group ABO compatible platelet transfusion.
- •Patients receiving less than adult platelet dose.
- •Patients with RhD negative blood groups.
- •Patients with sepsis on admission.
- •Patients with previous platelet transfusion within 24 hours.
