入选标准
- •1.Age >18 years
- •2.CKD stage 4-5D undergoing upper limb AVF creation (radiocephalic, brachiocephalic or brachiobasilic fistula)
排除标准
- •1.Inability to perform the physical exercise protocol due to physical or mental disability
- •2.Pre-existing failed AVF in the same limb
- •3.Patient with immediate vascular access failure (an access that has either no appearance of or a loss of bruit or thrill within 72 hours of creation) (as per North American Vascular Access Consortium (NAVAC) definition)
