- •1. Patient with diagnosis of Head and neck cancer and thyroid cancer
- •2. ECOG performance status 0-2
- •3. Patient or caregiver have smartphone or tablet which can open youtube application
排除标准
- •1. Patient with history of neck trauma or surgery
- •2. Patient with history of neck dissection of contralateral side
- •3. Patient with history of RT neck area
- •4. Blind patient
- •5. Patient with underlying arthritis of neck which limit neck ROM
- •6. Patient undergoing operation which limit post operative neck ROM (eg. Tracheal resection with end to end anastamosis, microvascular surgery)
