- •1.The patients undergoing unilateral total knee arthroplasty under spinal anesthesia.
- •2.ASA grade I, II & III
排除标准
- •1.Patients who are not willing to participate in the study.
- •2.Patient with a history of allergy to the drugs used in the study.
- •3.Patients with infection at the site of femoral nerve block.
- •4.Patients with pre-existing peripheral neuropathy.
- •5.Patients with impaired renal and liver function, coagulopathy.
- •6.Patients with documented history of opioid sensitivity and/or allergy to NSAIDs.
