入选标准
- •a)All the Patients who are using PPIâ??s more than 3 times/week, presenting with gastric complaints for longer than 4-8 weeks.
- •b)Patients without any major systemic complications.
- •c)Patients willing to participate in the study and willing to give informed consent.
- •d)Patients who comply with the study procedures.
排除标准
- •a)Patients who require surgical intervention.
- •b)Patients who have very severe adverse effects of long term use of PPIâ??s in past and present like carcinomas, gastronemias etc, which require immediate treatment.
- •c)Patients with complications of GERD, bleeding ulcers and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.
