- •2 ASA status I and II
- •3 Undergoing unilateral PCNL surgeries under general anaesthesia

- •1 Patients refusing to participate in the study
- •2 Patient with uncontrolled hypertension diabetes cardiorespiratory disorders neuro-psychiatric disorders hepatic or renal dysfunction
- •3 Local anaesthetic allergy Coagulopathy infection at the site of block neurological deficits
- •4 Pregnant or lactating mothers
