- •Healthy adult male, 30 years of age or older, willing to participate in this study

- •Subjects unable to undergo transrectal ultrasound due to anal obstruction (e.g., colon cancer surgery)
- •Subjects who are unable to tolerate pain when inserting the ultrasound probe due to anal narrowing
- •Subjects with a recent history of prostatitis or transurethral prostatectomy
