入选标准
- •Patients posted for upper limb surgery
- •Adult patients aged 30 to 60 years of both sexes
- •Patients belonging to ASA grade I-II
- •Weight 40-80 kgs
排除标准
- •Patients not willing to participate in the study
- •Patients with hemi diaphragmatic paralysis of the contralateral side.
- •Rib fracture, COPD, Intercostal drain for pneumo/ heamothorax.
- •H/O allergic reactions to local anesthetics
- •Patients on anticoagulant therapy and H/O coagulation disorders
- •Local infection at the proposed site of puncture for supraclavicular block
