入选标准
- •Age >70 years
- •- Malnutrition defined as Mini Nutritional Assessment Short Form (MNA-SF) <8 or weight loss >10% of initial body weight in 6 months or shorter
- •- Indication for nutritional support
- •- The patient is expected to be hospitalized for at least 14 days in the geriatric department
- •- Ability to participate in the study
- •- Written consent of the patient
排除标准
- •- Severe dementia
- •- Severe depression
- •- Severe dysphagia
- •- Tube feeding, expected for more than 2 weeks
- •- Palliative situation (mortality within the next 3 months is very likely)
- •- Significantly reduced cognitive abilities (Mini–Mental State Examination (MMSE) <20 or
- •Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA)
