- •The most involved relative (or legal representative) of all residents, deceased between March 2011 and August 2012, in each of the nursing homes, was interviewed by telephone. A reference person of the facility requested relatives' approval for contact of the interviewer.

- •Residents who lived less than one month in the facility are excluded.
