•1. Adult mentally disabled patients who were expected to undergo dental treatment under general anesthesia at the National Dental Care Center for Persons with Special Needs at Seoul National University Dental Hospital
•2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA)physical classification II-III
•3. The patient understands the procedure for participating in a clinical trial, and consent can be provided in writing or, if the patient is unable, a legal representative can sign for it

•1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA)physical classification IV-V
•2.BMI > 35kg/m^2
•3. Allergies to anesthetic or analgesic medications (propofol, remifentanil, remimazolam, rocuronium bromide, sugammadex, flumazenil)
•4. Patients who receive the following medications within 24 hours prior to general anesthetics: anxiolytics, antipsychotics, rifampicin, succinycholine, neostigmine, flumazenil, cyclosporin
•5. Patients with tracheostomy
•6. Previous participant within 6 month
•7. anticipated within 1hour surgery
