- •Control group
- •1.no underlying diseade or dizzy or vetigo symptoms
- •2.E.N.T examination was noral
- •3 normal hearing in audiogram
- •experimental group
- •Unilateral MD patients as the clinical criteria AAO-HNS 2015 which include
- •A. Two or more spontaneous episodes of vertigo, each lasting
- •20 minutes to 12 hours(
- •B. Audiometrically documented low to medium frequency
- •sensorineural hearing loss in one ear, defining the affected ear
- •on at least one occasion before, during or after one of the episodesof vertigo
- •C. Fluctuating aural symptoms (hearing, tinnitus or fullness) in the
- •affected ear(
- •D. Not better accounted for by another vestibular diagnosis
排除标准
- •1 patient with middle ear and external ear disease
- •2.head and neck surgery or problem with c spine and neck muscle which impacted ROM of neck eg, torticolis
- •3.using relaxant medication eg, mydocalm ,ketamine, Mydocalm anticonvulsant eg Ketamine, Prochlorperazine, Haloperidol, Chlorpromazine
- •4.pregnancy or on cardiacpacemaker
