Intraobserver variabilities of anteroposterior mandibular diameter, mandible width, maxilla width, and mandible length measurements were excellent (ICC 0.958-0.986), while those of inferior facial angle measurements were moderate to excellent (ICC 0.560-0.923). Interobserver variabilities varied between pairs of operators; only two parameters, anteroposterior mandibular diameter and mandible length, showed excellent interobserver variabilities (ICC more than 0.9), with good agreement.

- •Singleton pregnancies at age more than or equal to 18 years old, at gestational age between 15 and 23 weeks, who came to the Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) unit for
- •quadruple test or second trimester fetal anomaly screening.
排除标准
- •Anomaly fetuses.
