- •Allergy to ALN/Bisphosphonate group of drugs. Systemic ALN/Bisphosphonate group of drugs therapy. Patients suffering from Aggressive Periodontitis. Smokers and tobacco chewers. Alcoholics. Immunocompromised patients. Pregnant or lactating females. Radiographic evidence of vertical bone loss. Patient suffering from any inflammatory bone disease
