入选标准
- •Have a single myoma
- •Grade 0, 1, and 2 myomas
- •Myomas smaller than 4 cm
排除标准
- •Have intracranial bleeding
- •Have any sensitivity to the drug tranexamic acid
- •Have thromboembolic and ischemic heart diseases
- •There are uterine abnormalities
- •Have an active pelvic infection
- •Have a history of hemorrhagic disease
- •Previous hystreroscopy surgery
