- Female
入选标准
- •(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of DOR;
- •(2) 18 years = age < 40 years.
- •(3) Voluntary participation and informed consent.
排除标准
- •(1) Polycystic ovary syndrome, hyperprolactinemia, hyperandrogenemia, hypothyroidism and other endocrine diseases affect ovulation;
- •(2) DOR caused by iatrogenic factors (such as pelvic surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, uterine artery embolization, drugs such as hormones, immunosuppressants, etc.);
- •(3) Have taken hormone drugs (such as contraceptives, glucocorticoids, etc.) in the past three months (except those required for in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer);
- •(4) Patients with severe anxiety with a Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) score > 70;
- •(5) Combined with serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, malignant tumor, hematopoietic system and mental diseases.
