入选标准
- •Group A - Consist of subjects with periodontitis.
- •Group B - Consist of subjects with healthy periodontium.
- •Presence of minimum of 20 teeth
- •Subjects who have not received periodontal therapy within the last 6 months.
- •Those willing to participate in the study.
排除标准
- •Patients with systemic diseases like
- •Hypertension
- •Psychiatric problems
- •Presence of life threatening conditions like malignant tumor or radiotherapy either current or in previous 6 months
- •Bleeding disorders
- •Pregnant and lactating females
- •Those who are undergoing orthodontic treatment
- •Current smokers
- •Immunocompromised patient
