ntersuchungen über die Wirkung der gestörten Glucosetoleranz auf die renale und systemische Hämodynamik und das renin-Angiotensin-System sowie deren pharmakologische Beeinflussung mittels AT1-Rezeptorblockade - IGT-FRA-0030-IEs werden Patienten untersucht, die eine gestörte Glucosetoleranz (impaired glucose tolerance, IGT aufweisen. Diese wird auch als Prädiabetes bezeichnet. Diese Erkrankung liegt dann vor, wenn der Nüchternblutzucker zwischen 100 mg/dl und 126 mg/dl vorliegt oder wenn durch eine Zuckerbelastung (Trinken von Zuckerwasser 75 g Glucose) nach 2 Stunden ein Blutzuckerwert in einem Bereich von über 140 mg/dl und unter 200 mg/dl vorliegt.EUCTR2005-001278-28-DETechnical University of Munich40
