- •Individual presenting to the department with STEMI and undergoing Primary PCI presenting AMI condition for the first time (DENOVO).
- •patients above 18 years.
排除标准
- •Clinical evidence of autoimmune disease or haematological proliferative disorders.
- •Systemic inflammatory disease.
- •History of trauma, surgery, neoplasm or infectious disease
- •Previous CABG or PCI
- •Previous steroids or immunosuppressants intake
