入选标准
- •1. Patients having atleast 2 clinical sign and symptoms of Manyastambh (Cervical
- •Spondylosis) with or without radiological changes i.e.
- •Shoola (pain)
- •Stambh (stiffness)
- •Gaurav (Heaviness)
- •Chimchimayan (Numbness)
- •Sparshasahatva (Tenderness)
- •2. Patients above 21 years and below 70 years.
- •3. Patients of either sex.
排除标准
- •1. Cervical vertebra fracture
- •2. Recent cervical, spinal, or shoulder surgery or implanted instrumentation or
- •previous surgery for cervical spondylotic myelopathy.
- •3. Myofascial pain
- •4. Cervical rib syndrome
- •5. Cervical canal stenosis
- •6. Congenital torticollis
- •7. Patients suffering from any infectious disease (like tuberculosis), metabolic
- •disease (like diabetes mellitus and hypothyroidism), chronic diseases (like
- •rheumatoid arthritis, SLE, ankylosing spondylitis).
- •8. Pregnant and lactating mothers.
- •9. Contraindication and allergy to any drug in Vatagajankush rasa and Mahamasha
