- •Confirmed Premature rupture of the water sac
- •A live fetus

- •The presence of any other infection in the mother that requires antibiotic therapy
- •Fetal congenital anomaly
- •Delivery within 24 hours after receiving antibiotics
- •Hypersensitivity to ampicillin, erythromycin, or azithromycin
