- •Intubated intensive care patients under analgosedation
- •- Invasive arterial blood pressure measurement
- •- Presence of a study physician on admission of the patient to the intensive care unit
排除标准
- •- Refusal by the patient
- •- Anatomical conditions that prohibit the insertion of an oesophageal temperature probe
- •- Patients who have taken or been administered antipyretics (antipyretics, barbiturates, thyroid preparations, antipsychotics, etc.) in the previous 120 minutes
- •- Vaccination in the last seven days
- •- Blockage/obstruction of the ear canal
- •- Inflammation in the measurement site
- •- Use of barbiturates, thyroid medication or antipsychotics within the last three hours
