- •1. patient undergo open thoracotomy
- •2. Age 18-65 year
- •3. ASA physical status I-III
排除标准
- •previous ipsilateral opern thoracotomy
- •Dexmedetomidine allergy
- •chronic pain
- •opioid addiction
- •Ejection fraction (EF) less than 35
- •more than first degree AV block
- •GFR less than 30
- •Liver failure
- •Alter mental status
- •cannot accept or deny research
- •pyschiatric disorder
- •breast feeding
