入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Patients of age >40yr of age diagnosed as senile nuclear cataract grade III - V according to grading of nuclear hardness depending upon its colour.
- •2. Patients ready to give written informed consent.
排除标准
- •1. Any anterior segment disease, corneal disease which interferes with visual acuity.
- •2. Any fundus pathology which interferes with visual acuity.
- •3. Any complicated cataract other than senile nuclear cataract are excluded.
- •4. Pre-exsisting astigmatism >2dioptres
- •5. Previous ocular surgeries/trauma
- •6. Chronic glaucoma
- •7. Patients with inadequate follow-up.
