- •patients with normal physical examination
- •patients with normal chest-x-ray

- •drug allergy
- •proven asthma
- •Tuberculosis(TB), gastroesophageal reflux(GERD) , ear wax, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary disease(COPD), Carcinoma,hemoptesis
- •Angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors(ACEI) users
