入选标准
- •diagnosis of Acute Coronary Syndrome; being 25-70- years old; hospitalized in department of heart or CCU; signing the informed consent form; the patient,s or relative ability to write and read; the patient s access to telephone; no hearing or speaking problem; speaking Persian, lori, laki; no pain; willingness to review the educational program; permission to make telephone calls after discharge; willingness to visit 2month after discharge; not suffering from mental disorder; exclusion criteria: no access to the patient after 2month; the patients unwilling to continue the study; the patient death; no more access to the patient; Change of telephone number and no response to telephone follow-up.
